Carrying Forward Hobo Jim’s Legacy

For nearly five decades, Hobo Jim shared the stories and spirit of Alaska through his music. With the blessing of his family, this theater is being dedicated in his name as a lasting place for performances, storytelling, creativity, and connection, carrying forward the legacy of a man whose music became part of Alaska itself.

Be a Part of Bringing the Theater to Life

The building itself is moving toward completion, but additional support is needed for the stage, curtains, furnishings, acoustic treatments, and other elements that will make the theater fully functional. Sponsorship and community support opportunities begin at $500, giving individuals, families, businesses, and organizations a chance to help create a lasting home for music, youth opportunity, and community connection in Wasilla.
